Mild carbonization of dry agricultural residue, then milling and pelletizing. Target buyers: pulverized-coal power stations and industrial users whose handling systems were built for coal.
The design boundary is the published specification, not a generic “black pellet”: size, bulk density, fines, moisture, calorific value, grindability and volatile matter. Two grades are kept open until measurement decides — torrefied and semi-torrefied — so we do not burn off mass yield a customer is not paying for.
Domestic tyres only. Products: pyrolysis oil, recovered carbon, steel. Oil is not sold as diesel without upgrading and a specification. Recovered carbon is not called a replacement grade until surface, ash, sulphur and compound tests say so. Scale only after representative lots and a credible offtake path.
Only difficult-to-recycle, hydrocarbon-rich streams with known provenance. Clean PE/PP stays in mechanical recycling. PVC and halogenated fractions are out. Product is circular pyrolysis oil against a buyer specification, plus whatever compliance route the feed owner already carries.
No second plant until the first has made a product a customer accepted.
